Sourdough Bread

Our bread is leavened with sourdough which is full of naturally occurring yeast and probiotic bacteria.

The end result is full of vitamins and minerals. The bread is easier to digest than bread leavened with commercial yeast.

The bread goes great with butter and olive oil. If you like meat, it is great with bacon or other toppings.

​

Freezing works great, but avoid refrigeration. The bread has no conservatives. If it starts to get dry, toast it to rejuvenate.
